LWV NC’s Study Team on Citizen Initiative invites you to join them online Wednesday, December 11th, from 7-8pm for an informational session with Carolyn Jefferson-Jenkins. Carolyn Jefferson-Jenkins served two terms as LWVUS President, is an adjunct professor at UNC Chapel Hill, and helped review CI ballot proposals for the LWV in Colorado when she lived there. Ms. Jefferson-Jenkins will speak to us about the role and impact of Citizen Initiative on ballot proposals.
