THE STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2026
LWV OF CATAWBA VALLEY
This is a three-year plan with achievable strategic goals configured to grow the League’s purpose and presence in the counties of Alexander, Burke, Caldwell and Catawba. It was developed during VisionQuest with the help of 16 members. The plan is forward-looking and captures current opportunities and challenges.
The plan encompasses four primary goals, supported by detailed objectives and actions. The plan also includes considerable prep and support work to assist in the execution of these goals.
Work on all four goals will begin in 2023 with completion dates varying between 2023 and 2026. The Board, with the help of members, will revisit the plan towards the end of each fiscal year to revise it if necessary, taking into consideration the community needs at that point in time. Communication on the plan’s progress will be shared intermittently as the groups move forward with their respective efforts.
