Join LWV-Wake for a guided discussion of David Daley’s Ratf**ked: The True Story Behind the Plan to Steal America’s Democracy. The book describes the extreme gerrymandering that characterized the 2011 redistricting cycle in NC and other states. Our discussion will focus on lessons learned and how we as citizens can advocate for a fairer, more transparent process in 2021.
