Election workers are needed in All Catawba Valley Counties for early and election Day voting in the upcoming general election.

The Board of Elections Office (BOE) in each county trains and coordinates the work of these election workers. Poll workers sign up and then receive instructions for this paid and vital position.

Poll workers staff their home precinct on election day (no big travel time) and also tend the early voting locations.

These election officials may be of any party—Democratic, Libertarian, Republican or Unaffiliated.

There is flexibility about how many and which days each poll worker is on site during the elections.

No previous experience is required.
