SAVE ACT to Be Voted on by the US Senate.

According to NonprofitVOTE, the US House of Representatives in April passed the SAVE Act. The Bill has moved to the US Senate. There it will need to surpass the chamber’s current filibuster rules of 60 votes in favor which is a high bar—but not an insurmountable one—in order to pass. There are more details about the content of the SAVE Act here and from the Brennan Center for Justice.
