  1. A personalized ballot. Has the exact ballot you will see when you vote.

  2. Candidates’ responses to questions by national, state and local candidates.

AVailability and Deadline for Absentee Ballots

From the North Carolina Absentee Portal: There are several options within the portal. Not all options are available to every voter. Descriptions of the different options, eligibility and ability to request an absentee ballot are here.

In order to be counted, absentee ballots must be returned to your County’s Board of Elections by 7:30 PM on election day, November 5.

The cost of postage for mailing an absentee ballot is $1.77.
